Is your Samsung Galaxy S8 talking back to you and is usual operation not working as intended? If this is the case, you have most likely activated the “Talkback” feature. This feature was built for those with limited vision.
With Talkback enabled, it can be very difficult to work out what you may need to do to disabled the feature. You may have enabled Talkback by accident, or may have switched it on to find out exactly what the feature does. You may have noticed that the Talkback feature cannot be disabled in the same place you originally found it once it has been activated.
