Have you ever noticed the “Star” symbol located at your LG V30’s status bar? All of the LG V30 phones have this symbol and not everyone knows what it depicts or it’s for. OTFeed will tell you what it’s for. This star sign depicts that “Interruptions Mode” is ON. It’s a feature that pops up when only notifications and calls appear, which you have chosen as important in the past.
Look toward the upper part of your screen for this icon. With the “Interruptions Mode”, you’ll be able to activate the “Priority” setting. You can turn it on manually and you can also disable it if by chance you don’t want the Start Sign to be in your phone’s status bar.
Deactivating the Star Sign
If you’re not a fan of this feature and want it to be disabled, follow the steps below to be able to remove this symbol on the status bar of your LG V30:
- Open your Smartphone
- Open the Menu
- Browse then Tap “Settings”
- Press the “Sound & Notifications” option
- Press “Interruptions”
Once you have done everything, the “Interrupt Mode” will be deactivated and the star symbol will now be hidden on the status bar of your LG V30.
