Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OTFeed.com ("Service"), a product of Cyborama LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

OTFeed provides curated operational technology (OT) and industrial control systems (ICS) threat intelligence exclusively for United States-based operators and organizations. The Service aggregates publicly available information from OSINT sources, vendor advisories, government publications, and security research. Content is filtered and delivered based on user-selected asset profiles.

1.1. Geographic Restriction

OTFeed is available only to users located in the United States. By registering for the Service, you represent and warrant that you are a US-based operator, organization, or individual. We do not currently serve users outside the United States.

2. No Warranty — Informational Use Only

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

OTFeed does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any intelligence items. The Service is intended for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for operational security decisions.

We make no warranty that:

• All relevant threats will be detected or reported
• Intelligence items are free from error or omission
• The Service will be available without interruption
• The Service will meet your specific security requirements

3. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL CYBORAMA LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, without limitation:

• Security incidents, data breaches, or system compromises
• Operational decisions made based on Service content
• Reliance on intelligence items that prove incomplete or inaccurate
• Loss of data, revenue, or business operations

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to terminate your account.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will:

• Use intelligence items as one input among many in your security decision-making
• Verify critical intelligence through additional sources before taking action
• Not redistribute, resell, or republish Service content without prior written consent
• Not use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Provide accurate registration information

5. Intellectual Property

Intelligence items are derived from publicly available sources. We do not claim ownership of the underlying facts or vulnerability disclosures. Our curation, categorization, and "Who/What/Why" analysis are proprietary to Cyborama LLC.

Users may not reproduce or redistribute full OTFeed intelligence items without authorization. Brief excerpts with attribution are permitted.

6. Source Attribution

All intelligence items include source attribution. We only publish information from publicly available sources, including:

• CISA advisories and alerts
• Vendor security advisories (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, etc.)
• Published security research
• Reputable cybersecurity news outlets

We do not publish classified, proprietary, or non-public information.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to disrupt the Service. We will provide notice where practicable.

8. Trial and Subscription

New users receive a 30-day free trial. After trial expiration, a paid subscription is required to continue access. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alabama.
